LONDON (VIP NEWS) — Just days before the 27th edition of the International Live Music Conference (ILMC) opens the doors, the organizers have announced that the conference has sold out.
Over 1,000 live music professionals from up to 60 countries will congregate for ILMC when it takes place from Thursday evening until Sunday this week, at the Royal Garden Hotel in London.
“With all the ILMC superheroes now assembled, it looks set to be a mighty edition of ILMC,” says MD Greg Parmley. “It’s truly fantastic that we’ve once again sold out in advance, and the team is excited to open the doors on Thursday night at our new opening party.”
Also sold-out is the ILMC `Night on the Tiles` Gala Dinner & Arthur Awards which takes place at The Savoy Hotel on Saturday 7 March. The awards – the live music industry’s Oscar equivalents – recognize categories including top promoter, agent, festival, venue, ticketing company, production supplier and young executive.
This year’s ILMC features a number of changes on pervious editions including a revised conference schedule; a new workshop program that includes educational session run by Facebook and YouTube; increased meeting space and additional networking opportunities. This year’s keynote interview is Live Nation’s chairman of global music and president of global touring, Arthur Fogel.
