Indieheaven.com Starts Broken Records

NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The website Indieheaven.com has launched a new online division for artists called Broken Records.

The new division will help promote, market and distribute releases from independent artists while allowing the artists to retain complete control over their content and ownership of their songs. Fans and consumers can download songs via the new Weed format or purchase physical albums through the Broken Records website.

Keith Mohr, founder of Indieheaven explained the new division. “We realized a certain segment of our roster on Indieheaven warranted more services in a focused environment tailored to their needs. We created Broken Records as a vehicle to partner with proactive artists in a co-operative relationship."

Artists selected for the Broken Records roster include Chronos, Crownd,
Clearview, Waterside, Jimmie Bratcher, Echosflow, Clemency and Unsed with more artists to be added in 2005.

Mohr said the key to growing Broken Records is through the Indieheaven site. “Indieheaven is where our relationship with an artist begins, Broken Records is where it is taken to the next level."
