Interpol Trapped On Tour Bus In Snow Storm

BUFFALO, NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — New York based rock band Interpol has canceled three concerts after being trapped on their tour bus by snow in Buffalo for more than 2 days.

The band canceled dates in Toronto, Montreal and Boston after spending more than 40 hours stuck on their tour bus. Western New York was hit with an historical snow storm that, over the course of three days, dumped as much as seven feet of snow on the region.

"We’re now stranded in Buffalo while we wait for the roads to open. We wish that we could venture to your fine city for the show tonight but it’s just not possible. It’s with great sadness that we have to announce the cancellation of the show at the House of Blues. We promise to make it up to you. Please hold on to your tickets for now until we make further announcements for a rescheduled date. We would have loved nothing more than to have brought some rock to you," a spokesperson for the band wrote on their Facebook page.

The band is on the road in support of their latest album, 'El Pintor’. – Staff Writers
