LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Jack Johnson's latest release, "Sleep Through the Static" has been burning up the charts since it dropped on February 5th.
Debuting at #1 on the US charts, the album shifted more than 375,000 units in its first week, including a record-breaking digital debut with 139,000 digital copies sold.
The album has been generally well-received by the critics despite its an occasionally darker and sometimes more political tone than some his previous efforts.
