NEW ORLEANS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Industry veteran James "Big J" McGinnis, of Big J Productions has passed away. He was 60. A well-known figure in the music industry, McGinnis had served as the agent for numerous artists, including Felix Hanemann, Randy Jackson and Guy Gelso of the rock group Zebra.
McGinnis had suffered a serious heart attack in October of 2007 and had been recuperating since.
A service for McGinnis will be held on July 10th at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home with visitation will be from 12:00pm. Friends and family are invited and encouraged to dress comfortably. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
