Jive Records, home of teen popsters Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears and 'N Sync, is partnering with kids cable channel Nickelodeon to start Nick Records and help develop acts.
The two companies are already working together – Nickelodeon is sponsoring "TEENick Presents Aaron's Party," Aaron Carter's 40-city summer tour.
