AMES, Iowa (CelebrityAccess) — VenuWorks continues to rearrange their executive suite with the addition of of John Gimenez as Vice President of Event Programming and Content. He will be relocating to the company's headquarters in Ames and begins his new position on July 6.
Gimenez joins VenuWorks after working as an agent with The Agency Group, APA and WME in Nashville. He most recently worked at Ace Theatrical Group in Houston where he handled for talent buying and promotion for the Majestic Theatre and Empire Theatre in San Antonio and Saenger Theatre and Mahalia Jackson Theater in New Orleans.
Gimenez is a member of International Association of Fairs & Expositions; International Entertainment Buyers Association; The Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.
