BEVERLY HILLS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) – Veteran music agent and former House of Blues exec John Pantle has joined the music department at United Talent Agency as a senior agent.
Pantle represents primarily rock and Latin artists, including clients Café Tacuba, Molotov, Nitzer Ebb, Madness and others.
“John is a great agent with broad expertise across multiple genres and practice areas,” UTA’s Head of Music Rob Prinz said in a statement. “He’s a guy who knows what’s going on at all times and in all places, and we know he’ll be a strong asset to the UTA Music team.”
Pantles most recently served as a senior agent at The Agency Group LTD, where he developed and represented national and international tours for many Latin artists. Prior to The Agency Group, Pantle served as national booking director for the Knitting Factory venues in both New York and Los Angeles, where he oversaw the expansion of both venues as well as all marketing operations.
Pantle’s long tenure at HOB included the position of Head of Development for the House of Blues Club Network, as well as serving as senior talent buyer for clubs in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Anaheim.
