LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Police in California said a photographer was left with minor injuries after he was accidentally struck by a truck driven by Justin Bieber.
According to the Associated Press, the 57-year-old photographer was hospitalized following the Wednesday night incident.
A video obtained by ABC News shows a group of photographers gathered around Justin Beiber as he climbs into a large pickup truck. Then, as he's pulling away, one of the photographers was struck by the truck, though the impact was out of frame in the video.
In the video, Bieber then stops the truck and attempts to assist the apparently injured man while the other photojournalists continue to record, prompting Bieber to sarcastically inquire if they are getting enough footage.
Beverly Hills police Sgt. Matthew Stout told the Associated Press that Bieber was cooperative with police and was not issued a citation but noted that it is too early to determine if Bieber will face legal ramifications in the incident.
Messages seeking comment from Bieber's manager and attorney were not immediately returned, the Associated Press said.
