NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Knitting Factory Presents announced plans to stage Cat Videos Live, a tour focused on four-legged felines that seems uniquely poised to capitalize on the Internet age.
Deploying as a North American tour in fall 2017, Cat Videos Live will feature a performance-based presentation hosted by New York-based comedienne Carla Rhodes along with her curated collection of some of the internet's best loved cat videos.
As well, the tour, booked by UTA, will also include national and local non-profit partnerships and local celebrity hosts.
“It’s such a huge audience that we really had to put this multi-media event together to meet the pent-up demand to take this social phenomenon to a higher professional level,” said Kitting Factory Presents president Mark Dinerstein in announcing the tour.
Venues and dates for the first four dates on the CVL Tour are: Wednesday, October 4 at the Turner Hall Ballroom in Milwaukee; Thursday, October 5 at Thalia Hall in Chicago; Saturday, October 7 at the Masonic Temple in Detroit; and Sunday, October 8 at The Pageant in St. Louis.
