Kruger Organisation Founder Appointed Honorary MBE

Jeffrey Kruger, founder of the Kruger Organisation, has been appointed to be an Honorary MBE of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II.

Kruger is being recognised for his many services to the conservation and preservation of British Jazz and celebrates the achievement of an accumulated 50 years of dedication and experience in the world of Jazz and the promotion of the arts in general.

Kruger is regarded as a founding father of the British independent music scene and who had not only fought the battle against monopolies, but continued to fight prejudice, bigotry and discrimination for the independent music companies.

"For our Government, finally after conducting its own due diligence, has recommended to Queen Elizabeth II to honour Jeffrey," said a spokesman for The Kruger Organisation. "This due diligence work entailed a thorough and incisive background check of the history of Jeffrey's accomplishments. It is a recommendation based by and corroborated by substance. We are very proud of Mr and Mrs Kruger."
