LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Brit-pop singer Lily Allen has announced that she's up for a one-off show at London's Koko on January 28th. It will be the first live performance by Allen in almost two years.
Lily's performing in support of her new single "The Fear" which will be released on January 26th, ahead of the February 9 (Feb 10 in the states) release of her sophomore album "It's Not Me, It's Not You."
Allen was off to a strong start with her 2006 debut "Alright, Still." The album sold more than 2.5 million copies worldwide, but since then, the singer was dogged by health issues and some erratic performances which culminated in the cancellation of her 2007 summer tour of the U.S., ostensibly due to issues with securing a visa.
Tickets for the Koko show go on sale on Tuesday, November 25TH at 9 AM and are limited to four per person at £16 a pop. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
