LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Live Nation has announced that it has acquired the remaining interest in Trunk LTD, a company renowned for its authentic music-inspired lifestyle merchandise, from its founder and CEO Brad Beckerman. The deal affirms Live Nation’s continuing strategy to build businesses around live music concerts that benefit both artists and avid fans.
Live Nation acquired a majority stake from Beckerman in July of last year. Beckerman has now exited the company to pursue other opportunities.
Live Nation also announced new executive appointments for the merchandising company, including Marc Choper as President and Chief Executive Officer, and Henry Duarte as Director of Product Design.
Choper will guide the overall operations of Trunk LTD, a company recognized for pioneering the reissue of the classic rock and roll t-shirt as an iconic fashion piece.

Choper announced the appointment of renowned apparel designer Henry Duarte, where he will be responsible for leading the design direction for all of Trunk LTD’s product offerings, including an expansion of the lifestyle collection.
Duarte has been designing clothes for rock and roll and film stars for over 21 years. His clientele includes Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Steven Tyler, Lenny Kravitz, Guns N’ Roses, Sheryl Crow, Jennifer Lopez, Gwyneth Paltrow and many others. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
