Lost Highway Records Opens Australian Office

SYDNEY, Australia (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Universal Music's Lost Highway imprint has launched an Australian office with Australian alt-country singer Catherine Britt announced as their first singing.

According to theMusic.com.au, the label's Australian office is being overseen by Universal’s Michael Taylor, who was named as Executive Vice President A&R Universal Music & Island Records Australasia in 2013.

Originally formed in 2000 by Luke Lewis, Lost Highway has distributed soundtracks for 'O Brother, Where Art Thou' and 'Deadwood' as well as for alt-country and artists ranging from Morrissey to Hank Williams. – Staff Writers
