(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — KOCH Records and artist manager Larry Mazer's Entertainment Services Unlimited have entered into a joint venture with the re-launch of hardcore/hardrock label, Combat Records. The joint venture will solely focus on new releases.
"We are honored to partner with Larry and his team," said Bob Frank, president of KOCH Records. "This is a great time for aggressive independents and we are armed, dangerous and ready for some serious hand-to-hand 'Combat'!"
"My partners Tim Smith and John Daley and myself are thrilled to rebirth with KOCH, one of the most legendary names in the history of metal," said Mazer. "We intend to scour the planet to seek out the best new bands to develop long term careers."
Combat's first three releases include an album from At All Cost, slated for early September, followed by the debut release from HORSE, in late September, and the debut album from Look What I Did, in October. –Jane Cohen and Bob Grossweiner
