Merriweather Post Pavilion Unveils Improvements

COLUMBIA, MD (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Merriweather Post Pavilion, in Columbia Maryland, will unveil improvements and additions to the amphitheatre’s ambience infrastrusture and food, on Monday June 1st. The upgrades will include a vast new food facility, music pinball hall of fame arcade and new sculptures, including a 7500 lb. Chicken. Major green initiatives including several hundred trees and shrubs, green building and Biodeisel fueling station will be included in the improvements. The number of restrooms available will also be tripled.

Seth Hurwitz, Chairman of I.M.P. and operator of Merriweather Post Pavilion, along with Howard County Executive Ken Ulman, will be the hosts to this unveiling. Lunch will be served with specialties from their new kitchen.

Lastly there will be will be an unveiling of the new music pinball arcade (proceeds go to National Pinball Museum).
