(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Michael Chugg Entertainment (MCE) has announced that the company is reorganizing and expanding in an effort to further their position within the industry.
Part of the restructuring included appointing Matthew Lazarus-Hall, former Customer Services Director at Ticketek, as the Managing Director of the Michael Chugg Group of Companies. Lazarus-Hall also held upper-level positions in Ticketek’s Distribution and Operations departments before moving to Customer Services.
Michael Chugg, who will become the CEO of MCE, is excited for the arrival of the new Managing Director. “Matthew has a wealth of industry knowledge and I'm proud to bring him into the fold. We've restructured the business in a way that Matthew can focus on the Group's strategy and will manage our business streams across the MCE Group of Companies.”
“With the addition of Matthew, a lot of mine, and my brilliant young staffs ideas will be achieved,” he added.
The company will retain Caroline Tully as General Manager. As such Tully will be responsible for the major tours while AJ Maddah will be the director of alternative tours. Currently on tour for MCE are Tina Arena, Mark Knopfler, REM, D12 and Damien Rice, among others.
The management division, headed by Justin Van Stom, is responsible for a number of artists including 28 Days, Sarah McLeod and iOTA. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
