(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — MLB Advanced Media, the interactive media and internet company of Major League Baseball, has completed it tender offer for the outstanding share of Tickets.com common and preferred stock.
The company now owns 26.8 million share of common stock of Tickets.com, or about 94.9 percent.
