will begin the second phase of its dynamic price initiative. At 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 300 popular tracks will be base priced at five cents. All remaining tracks on the site will have a base price of 30 cents. Each download will be priced dynamically as they were during the first phase with MusicRebellion.com's exclusive pricing system provided by its parent company, Digonex Technologies, Inc.
"Phase I of our dynamic pricing initiative proved that consumers are eager to embrace a new pricing model for online purchases," said Jeremy Eglen, VP of Licensing and Operations of Digonex Technologies, Inc. "Phase II will demonstrate the power and flexibility of the Digonex consumer demand driven pricing system."
The first phase of the dynamic price initiative ran for approximately 36 hours. A larger budget has been allocated for the second phase which will run for at least 24 hours.
