LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — MySpace has launched its second venture into live music promotion, scheduling a 10-date UK tour showcasing new music in March.
The MySpace Bleep Bleep Tour, which will feature headliners Pull Tiger Tail and Ali Love, will also present I Say Marvin and Hadouken! – a line up featuring acts credited with building their reputation and fan base using the social networking site.
MySpace has been credited with helping to break many of the UK’s current leading bands and artists, including the Arctic Monkeys, who are nominated for Best Album and Best Group at this month’s Brit Awards.
East London’s Hadouken! had already amassed 13,000 friends on their MySpace page before their first sing, “That Boy That Girl,” had even been released.
Fans will be encouraged to post their images, videos and reviews of the gigs on MySpace as the tour progresses. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
