ST. PAUL (CelebrityAccess) — The Myth nightclub in the Maplewood neighborhood of St. Paul, has been purchased, though the new owners appear to be a little publicity-shy.
According to the Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal, the 40,000 square foot venue was purchased by GFY Real Estate LLC for approximately $3.6 million with the transaction classified as an assumed mortgage.
The Business Journal reported that the venue was purchased in 2011 by a company named Mapleleaf Development for $4.5 million.
