John Peters’ MassConcerts is proud to announce that the fourth annual New England Metal & Hardcore Festival will return to the Palladium in Worcester, MA, on Friday, April 5 and Saturday, April 6. Individual day tickets are $30. Two-day passes are $55.
Exceeded in attendance by only the long-running Milwaukee Metalfest, the New England Metal & Hardcore Festival has quickly established itself as one of the premier events of its kind in the U.S. Revolver Magazine stated in its current issue, “If you decide to go to only one fest this year, this should be it.”
This year’s line-up looks to be the biggest yet with In Flames, Cannibal Corpse, Iced Earth, Nile, Shai Halud, Overcast (reunion), Soilwork, Throwdown, Poison The Well, Lamb Of God, Dark Funeral, Killswitch Engage, God Forbid, Pissing Razors, Arch Enemy, Nora, Suicide Note, All That Remains, deadeyesunder, Blood Audio (ex-Overkill), Burma, Crematorium, 1000 Falling Sky's, Vexation, Burnt by the Sun, Light is the Language, Dasai, Severe Torture, Disavowed, Disgorge, Deeds of Flesh, Pig Destroyer, Deceased, Maudlin of the Well, November's Doom, Sky Came Falling, From Autumn to Ashes, Most Precious Blood, Devil May Care, Blood Has Been Shed, Misery Index, Scar Culture, Dim Mak, Kataklysm, 5.0, and more to be added.
The show will once again take place on the two stages in the Palladium. Record labels, vendors, and record distributors will set up shop in the balcony of the upstairs room. Century Media, Earache, Wonderdrug, Hydrahead, Relapse, and Metal Blade have all made the their presence at this show an annual event. Band signings have also become a popular part of the festival.
