NORWAY (VIP NEWS) — Joakim Haugland has been appointed new Festival Manager for by:Larm in Norway.
He is the entrepreneur behind the label Smalltown Supersound and the creative record label boss has for years been a key player in efforts to export new Norwegian bands and artists to major international markets.
He started his record company already at the age of 16, and has obviously lots of experience from both international and domestic music business that will come very well with the job of programming by:Larm Live in 2010.
