One For The Record Books At The Forum

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Forum in Los Angeles has is the focus of a unique promotional effort after being fitted with what organizers claim is the world's largest record.

The vinyl disk, which measures 407 feet in diameter, has been fitted to the roof of the forum and is visible from more than 1,700 daily flights arriving at LAX. Created in just ten days by Glendale-based company Pop2Life, the 25 ton record actually rotates.

The promotion is tied into an upcoming concert at the forum by The Eagles, who will be the first group to perform there since the completion of renovations at the 17,500-seat venue that were launched after the Madison Square Garden Company acquired the venue in 2012. – Staff Writers
