Palazzo Joins Nederlander

LOS ANGELES, CA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) – Ken Scher, Nederlander Concerts Executive Vice President, announced today that Paola Palazzo has joined the company as Senior Director of Talent. In her new role, Palazzo will book and promote events for all Nederlander venues as well as outside venues in California, Arizona and Nevada.

"I am thrilled to join Nederlander and work with such an amazing team," said Palazzo. "I've worked with several of the staff members in the past and think this move is a great opportunity for me to produce concerts at such respected venues. I look forward to contributing to the company's growth and success."

Most recently, Palazzo worked for House of Blues Concerts where she booked talent for the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles and venues across the West Coast. During her tenure with House of Blues, Palazzo booked many sold-out shows featuring high profile artists such as Guns N'Roses, Beck, Beastie Boys, Hall & Oates, The Used, Maroon 5, Rise Against/Thursday, Tool, and My Chemical Romance among others. Prior to joining House of Blues, Palazzo was a music agent with Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Throughout her career she has worked with such clients as The Who, U2, Harry Connick Jr, Counting Crows, Smashing
Pumpkins, Talib Kweli, and Foreigner.

"We are pleased that Paola has joined our team, especially at the beginning of our 2007 season. Her experience and industry relationships compliment our booking team and align with our business platform of expanding throughout the region," said Scher. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
