CARMEL, CA (CelebrityAccess) — Paradigm Talent Agency announced on Thursday that it has acquired Monterey International, 13 years after Paradigm acquired Monterey Peninsula Artists.
Monterey International, which spun off from Monterey Peninsula Artists when the agency was acquired by Paradigm in 2004, will change its name to Paradigm, effective immediately.
Monterey's Chicago office will remain in place, while staff at their California office will relocate to Paradigm's office in Monterey.
"We've been proud of and have had enormous success from our association with the former Monterey Peninsula Artists and we're very pleased that all of the Monterey International agents will be joining us,” Paradigm chairman & CEO Sam Gores said in a press statement.
Monterey International represents a roster of almost 200 artists, including Van Morrison, Buddy Guy, Taj Mahal, Mavis Staples, Trampled By Turtles, Roger Daltry, Promise of the Real, and numerous others.
