Most acts release no more than two albums a year, but Pearl Jam is not the normal group by any means. Trying to outwit bootlegers, Pearl Jam decided to release live albums of all their shows on its last tour, which comes out to a staggering 72 CDs.
Let's retract a bit: 71 double albums and one three-CD set, the latter taken from its hometown Seattle concert, the tour's last stop, Nov. 6, 2000. Now most Pearl Jam aficionados will know that there was a 73rd concert last year, but since the Roskilde, Denmark, concert where nine concertgoers were crushed to death, the group decided to pass on that show.
