Pearl Jammin' With Vedder's Ukulele

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Eddie Vedder, Pearl Jam frontman, will release his sophomore solo album and concert DVD on May 31st.

"Ukulele Songs" will be Vedder's follow-up to the "Into the Wild" soundtrack and will feature original tunes and covers performed on a ukulele.

The album will feature guest appearances by Chan Marshall of Cat Power and Glen Hansard.

The DVD concert "Water on the Road" was shot over the course of two shows in 2008 in Washington, D.C.

Pearl Jam will release remastered, deluxe versions of their second and third albums, "Vs." and "Vitalogy," on March 29.

Also in the queue for this summer is a documentary by the band's advocate and director, Cameron Crowe.
