Williams, formerly the head of urban marketing at Arista Records and Island/Def Jam has worked on developing artists such as Outkast, Usher, Pink, Kanye West, Neyo, Ciara and numerous others. Williams currently reps Tiffany Evans, Jaicko, Vistoso Bosses and Diamond (formerly of "Crime Mob")
