NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Direct-to-fan e-commerce platform PledgeMusic announced their plans to acquire media services Noisetrade and Set.fm. The acquisitions will expand PledgeMusic's user-base to more than 3 million and provide their clients with additional avenues of fan engagement.
Noisetrade provides a platform for artists, labels and publishers to offer content, including e-books and albums in exchange for information from users such as email addresses & postal codes. Set.fm allows artists to capture and instantly sell live performance recordings, offering PledgeMusic a chance to expand their content offerings.
