ATLANTA (CelebrityAccess) — Rapper Rick Ross has been released on bail after agreeing to forfeit ownership of his $5 million Fayetteville property if he violates the terms of his bond by intimidating witnesses or attempting to obstruct justice, according to a report by local ABC affiliate WSB-TV.
Ross, whose real name is William Roberts, agreed to forfeit ownership of his $5 million Fayetteville property if he violates the conditions of his bond by intimidating a witness or obstructing justice, WSB-TV said.
Ross, whose real name is William Roberts, was arrested on June 24th on charges that he assaulted two workers at his Fayetteville estate.
Ross and his bodyguard, Nadrian James, are accused of holding the two workers against their will and striking one of them with a handgun in the face, leaving the man with extensive injuries, including two chipped teeth.
“The victim lost use of his jaw and is restricted to soft foods and liquid diet only as a result of not being able to chew food,” arrest warrants said. – Staff Writers
