The Righa Royal in New York was sold for $193 million last month to Thayer Hotel Investors and is now being managed by Marriott International. This change apparently doesn't sit well with the entertainment crowd.
Many celebrities, in all area of entertainment, have reportedly been cancelling their reservations and booking the Four Seasons a few blocks further uptown and on the East Side. Ricky Martin and Luis Miguel are two musicians who have reportedly rebooked to the Four Seasons.
