ROSKILDE, Denmark (CelebrityAccess) — Organizers for the Roskilde Festival announced that the 2015 edition of the event is on track to sell out ahead of the doors opening on June 27.
First held in 1971 by a pair of high school students, the festival has grown to become one of the mainstays of the summer festival scene in Europe, regularly attracting more than 80,000 fans to the Danish town of Roskilde.
This year's festival will take place from June 27 to July 4th, with a lineup that includes headliners Paul Mccartney, Disclosure, Florence + The Machine, Kendrick Lamar Mew, Muse and Pharrell Williams. – Staff Writers
