Global Spectrum named Daniel Rubino director of projects. He will consult all elements of corporate projects and support pre-opening activities for Global Spectrum-managed facilities.

Rubino joins Global Spectrum after serving eight years with Centerplate, which provides catering, concessions, management, and merchandise for facilities.
