LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino has signed a lucrative five-year deal to place signs advertising the casino inside of the 20,000 seat Staples Center, outdoor electronic billboards and the venue's website. The agreement also includes branding including the arena's VIP restaurant, which was recently named the San Manuel Club.
The Staples Center is located in the heart of AEG's expanding downtown L.A. entertainment district, adjacent to L.A. Live.
The deal also includes the designation of "official casino" of the Staples Center, the Contra Costa Times reported.
"Partnering with [Staples Center] gives us the ability to have a relationship with other like-minded businesses. It allows us to focus on a specific audience," Steve Lengel, executive director of operations for San Manuel told the Contra Costa Times "It just makes sense for us to be partners."
