WENATCHEE, WA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Fresno California-based ShoWare has been tapped as the new ticketing service for the Town Toyota Center.
ShoWare was selected by The Public Facilities District from among 16 firms that had submitted proposals to service the venue. Other competitors included both the current ticketing services provider Global Entertainment, who's contract runs off in September and ticketing behemoth Ticketmaster.
ShoWare's service will allow ticket purchasers to go online, choose their own seats and print their own tickets. Additionally, the Arena will be able to cap fees.
"Some of the really big concerts can charge substantial fees," Acting City Clerk Brenda Guske said. "But the way the fee structure is set up, we would be able to keep those down for the consumer."
