Sinead O`Connor Cancels Summer Dates

GALWAY, Ireland (VIP NEWS) — Sinead O`Connor has canceled all her summer tour dates including her Festival Big Top appearance on Thursday in Galway, Ireland.


A statement from O`Connor`s agent said the singer profusely apologizes to her fans for the canceled shows. "She is suffering from exhaustion due to an existing not resolved medical situation and she has been advised by the doctor to stop any activity and rest," the statement reads. "Because of this she is completely unable to travel and to perform."

O`Connor recently made headlines after voicing her opinion on Kim Kardashian gracing the cover of Rolling Stone in July. "What is this c–t doing on the cover of Rolling Stone?" O`Connor said in a Facebook post last week. "Music has officially died. Who knew it would be Rolling Stone that murdered it?"


John Grant and the Sharon Shannon Big Band will replace O`Connor in the Festival Big Top lineup. The festival is offering full ticket refunds or drink vouchers for the inconvenience.
