LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Marion "Suge" Knight has been hit with a lawsuit by the widow of Terry Carter, the man Knight was accused of killing in a January hit-and-run incident.
In the suit, Lillian Carter claims Knight wrongfully caused the death of Terry Carter, whom Knight allegedly ran over twice while fleeing an altercation.
Carter also named Ice Cube and Dr. Dre along with Cle "Bone" Sloan, Universal Pictures and other parties involved in the upcoming film "Straight Outta Compton," claiming that Knight had a "custom, practice, and habit of breaking the law" and that the other parties were negligent in ignoring Knight's violent past and history of problems with certain people working on the film. – Staff Writers
