TDC Innovation has bought, with effect from 1st May 2003, all shares in the company VIP Booking A/S which up to now has had two business areas, TicMachine and VIP-Booking.com. Ronni Didriksen, the company’s founder and, until 1st May, owner of 60 percent of the company has, at the same time, bought the VIP-Booking.com activities from the company.
Two companies continue thus: TicMachine A/S, owned by TDC Innovation and VIP-Booking.com which is run by Musikkompaniet ApS, owned by Ronni Didriksen.
The reason behind the splitting up of VIP Booking A/S is the wish to be able to focus on and develop both business areas further. At the same time, cooperation agreements have been entered into which will strengthen both companies.
Ronni Didriksen tells CelebrityAccess "I have used my abilities in working towards making TicMachine a successful player on the Danish market. That has been completely successful. My talent certainly lies in the starting-up phase and now that TicMachine has entered into its growth-phase, I feel that the time has come to pass the baton on and say that my mission is complete. I look forward to engaging myself in the future work of VIP-booking.com, just as I will continue to contribute advice to TicMachine."
