(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Agency Group today announced expansion of their operation into the film, television and literary worlds.
The signings of three new agents, Cynthia Booth, Jason Priluck and Brandon Stein signal The Agency Group1s commitment into expanding fields of entertainment. All three come most recently from Writers & Artists Agency.
While music continues to be the core focus for The Agency Group, the company has taken to diversification over the past few months moving into complementary areas of business.
Under the leadership of company President Steve Martin who is overseeing the expansion, the directive is to establish a successful presence in the film, television and literary areas. The trio will work closely with New York-based Conan Smith, The Agency Group1s television comedy agent and Los Angeles-based agent literary agent Mark Gerald. Both Smith and Gerald joined the company in 2004.
"Our expansion into these new areas creates incredible opportunities for all concerned," stated Martin. "We couldn't be happier having Cynthia, Jason and Brandon join us. Their work ethic and ambitions are incredibly impressive and we have a truly shared vision of what we want to accomplish collectively."
The new LA-based trio stated, "We're thrilled to be part of such an exciting new opportunity. We have long been impressed with The Agency Group1s reputation in the music business and their commitment to matching that success in the film, television, and literary world."
