The Cult Return With New Album, Tour

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Underground rock icons The Cult have announced that they are preparing to hit the road for a tour of North America.

The Cult will be touring in support of their latest studio effort "Choice of Weapons" which is due for release on May 22nd on Cooking Vinyl.

The Cult, who've been performing and releasing music for more than 30 years, found mainstream success in 1989 with their album "Sonic Temple" and have maintained a strong following of fans since. One of their breakout hits "She Sells Sanctuary" was included in a recent mash-up by Flo Rida and used in a Budweiser spot that appeared during the Super Bowl.

The Cult will be supported on the tour by Against Me! and Icarus Line.
