Hollywood (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) -– Compass Facility Management, Inc. announced today the extension of its multi-year agreement with Ticketmaster, under which the ticketing company would continue to provide enhanced integrated ticketing solutions for 13 Compass Facility Management, Inc. venues. Through the agreement, Racine Civic Centre in Racine, WI, Vicksburg Convention Center in Vicksburg, MS, and Hoyt Sherman Place in Des Moines, IA are moving their ticketing operations to Ticketmaster, which will continue to serve as the authorized ticketing company for Compass-managed venues including: River Center/Adler Theatre in Davenport, IA; U.S. Cellular Center/Paramount Theatre in Cedar Rapids, IA; Alerus Center in Grand Forks, ND; Topeka Performing Arts Center in Topeka, KS; Deltaplex in Grand Rapids, MI; Swiftel Center in Brookings, SD; Clay County Regional Events Center in Spencer, IA; and Duplin County Events Center in Kenansville, NC.
Each of the 13 Compass Facility Management, Inc. venues will utilize Ticketmaster’s AccessManager or eEntry access control systems to verify the validity of tickets at venue points of entry. Both systems enable venues to monitor entry traffic and validate tickets in real-time, eliminating wrong day event tickets, and verifying authentic tickets for faster on-site patron admission into the venue. Compass will also deploy Ticketmaster's integrated CRM and emailing marketing solutions featuring premiere consumer data management and enhanced marketing and reporting tools that will enable the venue to communicate more effectively with its broad and diverse audiences nationwide.
