Tickets.com Partners With Sacramento Convention Center Complex

Tickets.com has signed a long-term partnership with the City of Sacramento and the Sacramento Convention Center Complex. The new agreement will provide the city with the latest in digital ticketing technology with Access Control, including Tickets.com's exclusive MyTickets suite of digital ticketing products.

"Given the large number of events that we produce, the need to partner with a reputable and stable ticketing partner is paramount to the success of our operation," said Judy Goldbar, general manager. Using Tickets.com's MyTickets digital ticketing management tool, patrons will now have the opportunity to manage both individual and season tickets with their own on-line account. Available features will include on-line season/subscription sales and renewals, Ticket Forwarding, and Replay Ticket Exchange, which will enable Sacramento Convention Center Complex members to transfer unused tickets on-line to others who can use them. Furthermore, with the application of Tickets@Home, patrons will have the choice to print their tickets using their own personal home or office computer.
