BIRMINGHAM, AL (CelebrityAccess) — Independent live event promoter Emporium Presents announced that industry veteran Todd Coder has joined the company as a talent buyer and will oversee a new office in Birmingham, bolstering their presence in the Southeast.
Previously, Coder served as the Talent Buyer for WorkPlay Theatre and Soundstage over the last decade, and is the in-house buyer at the newly restored 750 capacity Lyric Theatre, as well as the exclusive buyer for the 2000 capacity outdoor venue at Avondale Brewing Company in Birmingham.
Joining Coder at Emporium's new Birmingham office is his longtime assistant Emily Haslett.
"I've been a fan of [Emporium owner] Dan [Steinberg] and Jason [Zink] for quite some time, says Coder. “Professionally and personally, I can't think of a better fit, and I am beyond excited to get to work. Timing is everything in this business, and the timing here could not be better."
