Tony Conway Exits BLA


Tony Conway, President of Buddy Lee Attractions, has announced that he is leaving the company .

Conway had been with the agency for more than 33 years and oversaw 21 agents and support staff. In addition, Conway also oversaw the agency's special events division and Main Stage Production Enterprises where he helped to produce events such as Farm Aid and The Highwaymen I and Highwaymen II tours, which featured Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash and Kris Kristofferson and The Garth Brooks World Tour.

Conway got his start in the industry by booking acts after graduating from college. He moved to Nashville in 1974 and two years later, caught on with Buddy Lee Attractions eventually rising to the position of President of the agency in 1987.

"Tony has been invaluable to the stature and success of BLA and its artists during his 33-year tenure," , BLA Vice President/co-ownerDonna Lee stated. "He will forever be a part of our family and we wish him many blessings in his new endeavors."
