Twice Postponed ATP Sets New Concert Date

(CelebrityAccess News Service) — The twice postponed All Tomorrow's Parties Pacific concerts in Los Angeles has been rescheduled for November 8 or November 9. It was originally set for Sept. 26-28.

The dates have been rescheduled because its new venue site – Queen Mary Ship in Long Beach, CA, was not ready in September, and the date also conflicted with the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashonah, which falls on that weekend.

The event, an all ages show, will be held on two stages — one on the Queen Mary ship and another stage in Marina Park that is in front of the ship.

Those who have purchased three day tickets will be able to swap for a two day pass and have the difference refunded. An email will be sent out explaining the details.

Because of the rescheduling, some previously announced artists are not able to perform at the new date such as Patti Smith, Le Tigre and Yo La Tengo.

Newly added acts include Catpower, Spoon, Built To Spill and Modest Mouse who join the Magic Band and Mission of Burma and !!! chik, chik chik, among others. –by Jane Cohen and Bob Grossweiner
