SANTA MONICA, CA (CelebrityAccess) — Universal Music Group announced that it has acquired UK-based Eagle Rock Entertainment. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The acquisition provides UMG with access to Eagle Rock's catalog of almost 2000 hours of audio-visual content, including live concert footage, documentaries and films.
