EAST MEADOW, NY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The man who police say intentionally jumped from a balcony at the Jones Beach amphitheater during last week's Phish concert has been released from the hospital, reported a spokeswoman for Nassau University Medical Center.
The 30-year-old Maine man, who was in critical condition upon entering the hospital, was discharged Friday morning, hospital spokeswoman Shelley Lotenberg said according to New York's Newsday.
The man has not been publicly identified.
Police said he jumped from a 25-foot second-tier balcony during an intermission at the concert on Wednesday night.
