'Urine' Trouble At The House Of Blues

ORLANDO, FL (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — You're at the bar, enjoying an ice cold beer while listening to some quality tunes at the House of Blues.

Sounds nice, right?

You pick up your ice cold…wait. No. It's warm. Piss warm. Maybe, because your beer, is now a warm cup of Adolfo Mosmann's finest, urine.

Brazillian Adolfo Mosmann, 24, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Monday morning after urinating in two cups and placing them on a bar at the House of Blues in Orlando, FL.

Despite the bar's nearby bathroom facilities, Mosmann, who witnesses described in an Orange County sheriff's report as "intoxicated," chose that a better spot for his urine was on the bar where others were drinking.

He was thrown out of the club about 11:45 p.m. Sunday and told not to return, documents show.

An employee and another witness later saw Mosmann return to the club in Downtown Disney Westside wearing a different shirt, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Mosmann, who has a Jacksonville address but is in the U.S. on a student visa, was then arrested on a trespassing charge.

Rosters show that Mosmann has played soccer on college teams at Jackson Community College in Michigan and University of South Florida.

It is unclear whether his student visa is in danger because of his arrest.

"While I cannot comment on the specifics of this case, convictions for some criminal offenses can result in the revocation of student visas," said Dani Bennett, a spokeswoman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to the Palm Beach Post. "If a student visa is revoked, the individual may request reconsideration of the revocation."

Mosmann posted a $500 bond and was released at 7:41 p.m. Monday, according to the jail.
