(CelebrityAccess) — BMG and BBR Music Group celebrated a strong presence at this year’s Country Music Week in the UK, launching with a special live event at London’s Bush Hall. Broken Bow Records Presents showcased singer/songwriter Randy Houser, breakthrough triple threat singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Lindsay Ell; and newcomers Walker McGuire (Jordan Walker and Johnny McGuire).
Houser made his debut in the UK, performing back to back nights during CMW. Following a high-energy headlining Bush Hall show, the country music chart-topper was a featured performer during the CMA Songwriters Series. Showcasing his illustrious catalogue of Number One hits and critically acclaimed album cuts in a stripped-down setting, UK fans and critics alike were captivated.
Lindsay Ell performed music off her Number One debut album The Project, including a showcase presented by The Bluebird Café Nashville. Her much buzzed about performances also included a headline show at London’s The Borderline. Ell was also on hand to help announce next year's highly-anticipated C2C: Country 2 Country festival lineup alongside BBC Radio personality Bob Harris.
Duo Walker McGuire boldly made its overseas introduction, previewing new music over four performances including featured spots on the New American Night – US and CMW Daytime Hub showcases.
